About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time House Host and Receptionist to join our team at SACO Cardiff Cathedral Road. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and at home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Assist with the maintenance of the property, including cleaning and tidying of public areas
  • Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to ensure that all guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Contribute to the development of new and innovative ways to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a hotel, student living, or hostels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in using technology to resolve guest issues and improve the guest experience
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
