Job Description

As a successful poker dealer, your primary focus is on providing an unforgettable experience for players. While dealing both tournament and cash games accurately and efficiently is essential, your true strength lies in creating a lively and engaging atmosphere at the table.

You will need to possess a deep understanding of poker rules and enforce them professionally while adding your unique style and flair to ensure a memorable experience for every guest.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome guests into the establishment.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
  • Tailor your approach to individual guest needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both coworkers and supervisors.
  • Cultivate a fun and exciting environment for all players.
  • Demonstrate mastery in dealing techniques, chip handling, and rule enforcement.
  • Adapt your interaction style based on the experience level of each player.
  • Maintain the security of games, cash, and assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and promote responsible gambling practices.
Your Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Texas Hold'em is preferred but not required.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Previous experience in hospitality roles.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Adaptability to new procedures and ways of working.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the UK.
