Oversee and guide a team of People Consultants to deliver expert HR support and strategic adviceDevelop, assess, and refine people policies and initiatives to promote positive organizational changeAct as a thought leader to inspire innovation and influence strategic decision-makingFacilitate complex discussions at senior levels and provide professional guidance to address people-related challengesCollaborate with stakeholders to design and implement people strategies that align with organizational goals

Skills and Experience:


Degree in Human Resources or a related disciplineCIPD Chartered Level membership or in progressSignificant experience in managing cultural and behavioral transformation in a multifaceted environmentExceptional communication and leadership capabilitiesUnderstanding of project and program management methodologies
