Core Responsibilities:


Oversee and guide a team of People Consultants to deliver specialized HR support and guidanceCraft, assess, and refine HR policies and initiatives to promote positive organizational changeAdvocate for innovative thinking to influence strategic decisionsFacilitate intricate discussions at the executive level and offer expert advice to address personnel challengesCollaborate with key stakeholders to formulate and enact HR strategies that align with business goals

Qualifications and Expertise:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related disciplineCIPD Chartered Level membership or in progressSignificant experience in steering cultural and behavioral transformations within a multifaceted environmentExceptional communication and leadership capabilitiesFamiliarity with project and program management methodologies
