Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of Frontier across diverse sectors, consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test new sales channels and commercial propositions
- Develop and nurture channel partnerships to expand our reach and impact
- Over time, build and lead a sales team to scale our business
- Proven track record in complex enterprise sales, encompassing software and services
- Experience in building and managing sales teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, from inception to close and growth
- Excellent collaboration skills, able to leverage Faculty's expertise to win deals
- Able to challenge customers and shape strategic direction to position Faculty as trusted advisors
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships that drive pipeline and close deals
- Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple deals and take ownership of the sales process
