Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of Frontier across diverse sectors, consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test new sales channels and commercial propositions
  • Develop and nurture channel partnerships to expand our reach and impact
  • Over time, build and lead a sales team to scale our business
Requirements
  • Proven track record in complex enterprise sales, encompassing software and services
  • Experience in building and managing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, from inception to close and growth
  • Excellent collaboration skills, able to leverage Faculty's expertise to win deals
  • Able to challenge customers and shape strategic direction to position Faculty as trusted advisors
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships that drive pipeline and close deals
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple deals and take ownership of the sales process
