Job Title: Director of Rehab

Location: Stockton CA 95209

Pay rate: $60/hourly

Shift: 8:00 AM:4:30 PM

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the rehabilitation department in delivering high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and mentor rehab staff, providing guidance on best practices and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and outcomes.
  • Manage departmental resources, budget, and equipment to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with advancements in rehabilitation techniques and practices to maintain expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
