About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead our rehabilitation department at Centstone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and providing leadership to our rehab staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Departmental Management: Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Current state licensure in relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, with previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
