Job Title: Director of Rehab

Location:Stockton, CA

Pay rate:$60/hourly

Shift:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Duration:Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the department, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Manage departmental budget resources and equipment, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, leveraging expertise and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Stay current with advancements in rehabilitation techniques and practices, applying knowledge to enhance patient care and departmental operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
