Job Summary:

Centstone is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead our rehabilitation department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing policies and procedures, and providing leadership to our rehab staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and departmental performance.
  • Stay current with advancements in rehabilitation techniques and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
