We are seeking an experienced Table Gaming Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos in Leicester. As a key member of our gaming operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the gaming team to deliver an effective gaming operation that meets our key gaming metrics.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales and yield targets within a casino environment and will be able to utilise Tangam Management software to drive performance. You will be accountable for the smooth running of each casino shift and will take decisions in the absence of the General Manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, supporting and developing the gaming team to deliver an effective gaming operation
- Utilising Tangam Management software and consulting with central teams to drive performance
- Ensuring resource planning of the gaming team to meet operational demand
- Ensuring effective training, development and motivation of the gaming team
- Driving customer service standards within the gaming team
- Maximising the venues profitability by managing effective and efficient gaming operations
- Conducting effective daily management of all aspects of the casino gaming operation, including Poker if applicable
- Driving customer service standards for the gaming team, identifying customer needs and acting on customer satisfaction feedback
- Delivering Grosvenor gaming yields, handling growth while ensuring margin efficiency. Delivering Poker growth if applicable
- Being responsible for analysis of table data, maintaining an efficient and profitable gaming operation
- Supporting and consulting with the Customer Verifications teams to ensure sufficient levels of due diligence in place for eligible customers
