The Role -

In this position, you will be tasked with formulating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that emphasize the Coloplast Total Value Proposition. You will take the lead in developing UK value dossiers and submissions to pertinent UK organizations, ensuring our products are optimally positioned within clinical pathways. Your expertise will be crucial in representing Coloplast at public committee meetings and other relevant forums, advocating for our products and their advantages.

You will manage the publication strategy and delivery of Health Economics and Outcomes Research publications, articulating clear and persuasive health economic value propositions and tools. Collaboration is essential, as you will partner with market managers and sales leaders to enhance the sales toolkit and external communications. Your contributions will support the creation of impactful Health Economic publications, economic models, and budget impact assessments, as well as influence pricing strategies and study designs for evidence generation.

A significant aspect of your role will involve crafting strategies and tools to assist field teams in navigating NHS challenges and broadening market access. You will engage with Trade Associations and national forums to leverage Coloplast's strategy, maintaining a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan to ensure we address the needs of decision-makers overseeing the funding of our products. Staying informed about political and market trends will be vital as you horizon scan to update the business on significant developments.

Establishing and nurturing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Coloplast's senior leadership, academics, clinicians, and NHS payers, will be essential. You will support reimbursement efforts, including the development of Value Dossiers and maintaining a thorough database of Drug Tariff submissions.

We are seeking a self-sufficient, entrepreneurial individual motivated to surpass expectations with a proactive 'can do' attitude. Your ability to influence and maintain relationships with national opinion leaders and policymakers will be critical. As a dynamic presenter and communicator, you will effectively articulate complex concepts. Your strategic insight and tactical execution skills, coupled with excellent stakeholder management, will ensure you navigate and manage expectations with ease.

Highly collaborative, you will possess strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in project management. Your analytical thinking will support sound decision-making, while your high level of verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail will underpin your success in this role. Advanced planning and analytical capabilities are crucial for delivering impactful outcomes.

To qualify for this position, you will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the MedTech and/or pharmaceutical sector. You will hold a degree or higher in marketing, health economics, life sciences, or a related field. Your extensive experience in market access and evidence within the UK MedTech or pharmaceutical landscape, combined with in-depth knowledge of NHS structures, decision-making processes, policies, and the payer environment, will be vital.

Your familiarity with NHS data sources and governance requirements will enable you to assess clinical and economic literature effectively. You will have established networks with local and regional NHS bodies and payer stakeholders, and experience planning at a business unit level of complexity. Proven experience in leading high-level projects involving senior NHS/Social Care stakeholders is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and program management tools is required.
