About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a key member of our operational management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the ALDH Service Manager, including diary management, meeting organization, and coordination of key areas of work.
  • Collate and report quality assurance data and key performance indicators, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support project management activities, including monitoring of existing contracts, service redesign, and ongoing development of the service.
  • Lead on governance matters, ensuring timely review of service-specific documentation and supporting with minutes and action plans.
  • Act as a wider member of the ALDH service operational management team, providing key support and coordination.
  • Manage the ALDH administrative team, including responsibility for admin service delivery and transformation, supporting quality, continuity, and innovation.
  • Line manage the identified Band 4s and support them with line management, supervision, training, and support of the wider admin team as required.
  • Be responsible for administrative workforce planning and recruitment, and the governance of the administrative team, including managing incidents, complaints, and risks.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent level qualification.
  • Significant practical demonstrable experience in a wide range of relevant administrative procedures and computer software.
  • Evidence of undertaking personal/professional development.
  • Range of advanced administration and IT skills, including electronic communication, creation of templates, reports, Excel, and databases; numeracy skills.
  • Knowledge of how to line manage, train/mentor, develop, and coach others effectively.
  • Collating and producing data/information in a reader-friendly way.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Able to show resilience under pressure, with access to appropriate support.
