Job Overview:
Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients and service users. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct personal care and interventions, coordinating care delivered by colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating person-centred care for both physical and mental health needs.
- Provide direct personal care and interventions to patients/service users.
- Coordinate care delivered by colleagues.
Requirements:
- Qualified Registered Mental Health/Learning Disability Nurse with 6-12 months post-registration experience and active NMC Registration.
- Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Demonstrated commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 6-12 months post-registration experience in Mental Health/Learning Disability Nursing with evidence of continued professional development in the relevant field.
Security Clearance:
All roles are subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI, or Disclosure Scotland.
