Job Overview

We are seeking a Client Reporting Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This role will involve direct interaction with both internal and external data providers to ensure the timely delivery of information to the reporting team. The analyst will also engage with clients, consultants, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the collection and timely distribution of data to clients and consultants, ensuring that services meet agreed-upon SLA guidelines and comply with relevant regulatory standards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of investment management principles and gain insight into our products, brand, competitors, and clientele.
  • Collaborate with various departments to manage ad-hoc inquiries and data requests, ensuring completion aligns with client expectations.
  • Encourage a procedural and control-oriented mindset to ensure tasks and controls are thoroughly documented, promoting accuracy, quality, and timeliness in deliverables while mitigating risks.
  • Responsible for regulatory reporting, audit reporting, ad-hoc requests, and regular tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of various investment vehicles and strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Strong experience in workflow management.
  • Proficient in IT skills, particularly with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized and team-oriented.
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently.
