Join a leading global firm in real estate investment management as an Investment Reporting Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the creation of essential fund documentation, including Quarterly Fund reports and Investor Reports. Collaborate with the Capital Markets Group to address investor inquiries and support due diligence efforts. Your insights will be vital in assessing fund performance, preparing cash flow projections, and reviewing asset models to ensure efficient reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of Quarterly Investor Reports
  • Develop cash flow forecasts for investor-related inquiries
  • Support the Capital Markets Group with investor requests and due diligence
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of all asset models
  • Maintain and update the property database

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or accounting
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to perform under pressure
  • Team-oriented with a flexible approach
