About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Analyst to join our Portfolio Modeling team in Investment Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the production of Quarterly Fund reports, Investor Reports, and assisting the Capital Markets Group with investor requests and due diligence queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of Quarterly Investor Reporting, including determining fund performance and investor returns for internal and external reporting.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts for investor reporting and respond to other inquiries.
- Assist the Capital Markets Group with answering investor requests and due diligence queries.
- Review and maintain asset models on a quarterly basis.
- Contribute to the maintenance of our property database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance from an accredited institution.
- One or more years of experience in an accounting or finance function.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and with attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to work overtime as required.
