Role Objective:
This position is crucial in ensuring that end-user support functions seamlessly and dependably. You will be tasked with maintaining the IT ecosystem, resolving technical challenges, and addressing user inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
This role will spearhead the effective execution of significant technical upgrades aimed at enhancing the responsiveness and reliability of IT support services for our end-user community.
Your responsibilities will encompass the entire end-user systems landscape, including the devices and platforms utilized. You will ensure that new and updated business solutions align with organizational needs, delivering measurable business benefits while adhering to best practices in technology deployment and industry standards.
Core Duties:
- Utilize advanced technical expertise across diverse technology domains to devise solutions for both standard and unique challenges.
- Prioritize issue resolution based on impact to ensure timely responses.
- Conduct root cause analysis to facilitate permanent solutions wherever feasible.
- Embrace innovation and new methodologies, integrating them into our operational framework.
- Take full ownership of end-user concerns with a strong commitment to accountability.
- Foster and sustain relationships with key business stakeholders and vendors.
- Make tactical decisions to implement initiatives that drive results.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in addressing complex technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience with various operating systems, including Mac OS and Windows 10.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level infrastructure such as Azure AD, Windows Server, Hyper-V, SSO, SCCM, Group Policy, and Security protocols.
- Solid grasp of networking concepts, including VLANs, VPN, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, and Cisco Meraki.
- Some experience in hardware procurement and asset management.
- Understanding of ITIL and Service Management best practices.
- Certifications such as MCP/MCITP/CCNA are desirable.
