About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Lovell, working on various schemes across the North Regeneration region in Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project delivery while achieving target margins
  • Ensure contractual processes are observed, notices issued, records kept, and documents stored
  • Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts, including measurement and variation account management
  • Conduct site visits to monitor subcontractor activity and build up payments
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, consultants, subcontractors, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Formal qualification in a relevant subject
  • Previous quantity surveying and NHF SOR experience in the construction industry
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work against tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
