We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team at IPS Group, a leading firm of chartered accountants in South Yorkshire. As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in planning and leading audits across various sectors, reporting to the Audit Director. You will also oversee a portfolio of business service clients, acting as the primary point of contact, delegating work to junior team members, and reviewing completed tasks.

• Plan and lead audits across various sectors, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
• Oversee a portfolio of business service clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
• Delegate work to junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
• Review completed work, ensuring it meets the required standards and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with the Audit Director to develop and implement audit strategies, ensuring the firm's reputation and standards are maintained.

• ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with a strong background in audit and assurance.
• Experience planning and leading audits within a firm of chartered accountants, preferably in a top 10 or independent firm.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.

• Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000.
• Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
• Flexibility on hours, with core hours between 10am and 4pm.
