Surveying Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Lovell, a leading provider of mixed tenure affordable homes. As a key member of our North Regeneration team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality housing development and regeneration projects across Yorkshire.

• Support project delivery while achieving target margins and ensuring all necessary contractual processes are observed.
• Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts, including measurement and variation account management.
• Conduct site visits to monitor subcontractor activity and build up payments, working closely with site teams and clients.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, consultants, subcontractors, and colleagues across the Regeneration division.

• A formal qualification in a relevant subject, with previous quantity surveying and NHF SOR experience within the construction industry.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work against tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
• Excellent communication, numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
