Key Responsibilities- Manage the full bid process, ensuring high-quality submissions that meet our business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Apply market knowledge and analytical skills to develop winning proposals that meet the needs of our clients.
- Qualifications:
- GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
- APMP or Project Management qualification.
- Proven experience in bid management with strong writing skills.
- Stakeholder management and leadership experience.
