About the Role:
Zest is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating bid activity, ensuring timely and successful bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate bid activity, ensuring bids are submitted on time and in line with the bid cycle
- Develop and manage bid management plans, ensuring quality and consistency
- Lead and manage virtual bid teams, comprising stakeholders from across the business
- Produce high-scoring proposal content, clearly articulating the benefits of our solution to meet specific client needs
- Ensure all bid management tools are used to support the production of comprehensive, timely bids
Requirements:
- Proven experience of bid and proposal management
- Ability to develop compelling and robust proposals
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial knowledge and business acumen
