Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Taylor Hawkes Ltd. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our influencer strategy, identifying and partnering with top influencers to drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Research and select influencers that align with project goals, build and maintain strong relationships across various communication channels, and manage the entire contracting process.
  • Oversee the annual influencer budget, maintain the influencer marketing calendar, and report on campaign successes.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to bring influencers on-site for content creation and identify new opportunities to drive business goals.
  • Enhance collaboration with the PR influencer agencies to optimize their services.
  • Assist the Social Media Lead with channel management, including copywriting, community engagement, and content planning.
  • Help identify reactive marketing opportunities to boost brand awareness and contribute to content ideation, working with creators to deliver engaging content across our social media channels.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Self-motivated team player delivering measurable results independently.
  • Skilled in building relationships and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Expert in cultural trends and influencer dynamics, integrating insights into strategies.
  • Creative thinker identifying innovative opportunities and supporting with content ideas.
  • Social media experience, and a keen eye for spotting marketing opportunities.
