Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Tenpin Ltd. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, and we are open to considering part-time arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive impactful campaigns and boost brand visibility.
  • Research and partner with top influencers to align with project goals, build strong relationships, and manage contracting processes.
  • Oversee the annual influencer budget, maintain the influencer marketing calendar, and report on campaign successes.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to bring influencers on-site for content creation and identify new opportunities to drive business goals.
  • Enhance collaboration with PR influencer agencies to optimize their services.
  • Assist the Social Media Lead with channel management, including copywriting, community engagement, and content planning.
  • Identify reactive marketing opportunities to boost Tenpin's brand awareness and contribute to content ideation.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of cultural trends and influencer dynamics.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in social media and a keen eye for spotting marketing opportunities.
  • Creative thinking and ability to identify innovative opportunities and support content ideas.
