Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Tenpin Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand goals and objectives.
  • Research and identify top influencers in our industry and build strong relationships with them.
  • Manage the entire contracting process, including negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with our brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the annual influencer budget and maintain the influencer marketing calendar.
  • Report on campaign successes and provide insights for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with our Content Team to bring influencers on-site for content creation and identify new opportunities to drive business goals.
  • Enhance collaboration with our PR influencer agencies to optimize their services.
  • Assist the Social Media Lead with channel management, including copywriting, community engagement, and content planning.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results and driving business growth.
  • Strong relationships-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in cultural trends and influencer dynamics, with the ability to integrate insights into strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for spotting marketing opportunities.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
