About the Role:
RPS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wastewater Modeller to join our Water Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex wastewater projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver wastewater projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Lead and manage project teams, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement wastewater management strategies, including hydraulic modelling and analysis.
- Collaborate with other teams within RPS Group to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wastewater management and hydraulic modelling, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies.
- Chartered or working towards chartership with a relevant professional institution.
