Product Category Manager

Resideo is seeking a Product Category Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and growth of our Intrusion product category. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product mix and pricing models, identifying, initiating, cultivating, and managing supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating strategic plans for the Intrusion product category, including growth and promotional programs to achieve budget objectives.
- Managing end-to-end vendor relationships, including identification, contract negotiation, product assortment, marketing programs, and communications.
- Growing the product category profitably in line with gross margin targets, while adhering to working capital and IOS (Inactive, Obsolete, Surplus) requirements.
- Work with ADI EMEA leadership team by clearly communicating new opportunities, new products or suppliers and resolve transactional issues as needed.
- Work with your supplier partners, ADI's marketing, sales and procurement teams to ensure effective product marketing and sales drive of your product category.
- Developing and executing on product mix, inventory, and pricing strategies based on historical data, industry trends and customer buying patterns.
- Experience as a professional product/category manager in retail, e-tail/catalog, distribution or similar environment.
- Product marketing/category management experience.
- Ability to provide strategic leadership, direction, and development.
- Ability to support field sales with special pricing, inventory positions, vendor relations, and product issues.
