Product Category Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Category Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and growth of our Intrusion product category. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product mix and pricing models, identifying and managing supplier relationships, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans for the Intrusion product category, including growth and promotional programs.
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including identification, contract negotiation, product assortment, marketing programs, and communications.
- Grow the product category profitably in line with gross margin targets, while adhering to working capital and IOS requirements.
- Work with ADI EMEA leadership team to clearly communicate new opportunities, new products or suppliers, and resolve transactional issues as needed.
- Collaborate with supplier partners, ADI's marketing, sales, and procurement teams to ensure effective product marketing and sales drive of the product category.
- Develop and execute on product mix, inventory, and pricing strategies based on historical data, industry trends, and customer buying patterns.
- Experience as a professional product/category manager in retail, e-tail/catalog, distribution, or similar environment.
- Product marketing/category management experience.
- Ability to provide strategic leadership, direction, and development.
- Ability to support field sales with special pricing, inventory positions, vendor relations, and product issues.
