A leading security solutions provider is seeking a seasoned Field Operations Manager to oversee the South West of England region.

We are looking for a career-driven and ambitious individual who will work closely with the Operations Director to manage key clients and full budgetary P&L control across the region.

The company, a prominent player in the fire and security industry, boasts a diverse portfolio of clients, including major hospitality chains, iconic hotels, and renowned football clubs.

The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for taking operational contract management responsibility for key contracts, requiring excellent customer and client relationship management skills.

This role is an active and visible position that demands strong people management skills, ability to create and build strong relationships, and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational contracts for key clients
  • Oversee budgetary P&L control across the region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
