The Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business, engaging with clients and candidates, and influencing and negotiating to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish long-lasting relationships with prospective clients through various sales activities, such as outbound calls and sales conversations.
  • Provide strategic talent/hiring support to clients, sourcing the best candidates from the market and deploying tailored talent attraction tactics.
  • Conduct face-to-face candidate interviews to ensure the highest quality shortlists, and manage the interview process.
  • Leverage Search's market reputation to ensure clients have exceptional talent for their teams, while providing candidates with a variety of opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms of business to deliver exceptional results.
