Position Overview:

Neway International Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Administration Support Specialist to provide essential support within a dynamic workforce environment.

Role Responsibilities:
This position involves delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the Social Care Workforce Learning & Development Team and various Social Care Managers, focusing on HR services and functions.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting social care managers throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to retention and offboarding, ensuring adherence to HR policies.
  • Performing a wide array of administrative duties such as typing, photocopying, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintaining electronic data systems, conducting data validation, and supporting data provision efforts.
  • Serving as a primary contact for Social Care Managers and departmental liaison officers for corporate functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A solid educational background (5 GCSEs or equivalent) along with proficiency in technology and software applications.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
