Job Title: Team Leader - Probation Services

Forward Trust is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team in Richmond, Wandsworth, and Wimbledon offices. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Recovery Navigators, delivering interventions, and working closely with Probation Delivery Units, Prisons, and other stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • Manage a team of Recovery Navigators, providing coaching, support, and development opportunities.
  • Deliver interventions to adult men on probation, helping them to implement their plans, navigate their recovery journey, and build trust.
  • Work closely with Probation Delivery Units, Prisons, and other stakeholders to achieve outcomes and develop services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Service Users, Colleagues, Probation Practitioners, and all stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate contractual and mission-led inputs, achieving necessary outcomes while developing and coaching staff.

  • Trustworthy, a team player, confident, and safe when working independently.
  • Creativity, collaboration, and flexibility.
