Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Session Management: Manage appointment sessions to optimize productivity and customer service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Customer Communication: Welcome and greet customers on arrival, provide clear and concise information, and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Assessment Centre team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to ensure smooth delivery of services and effective communication with customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in using referral management systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
