Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Testing Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for scheduling testing in the laboratory, working closely with the Head of Laboratory to ensure all studies meet target KPIs. You will also conduct medical device testing, train new staff, and take on responsibility for the training schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule testing in the laboratory and work closely with the Head of Laboratory to ensure all studies meet target KPIs
- Conduct medical device testing to fulfill the requirements of the Study Plan and adhere to internal SOP and QMS
- Train new staff and take on responsibility for the training schedule
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the successful completion of projects
