About the Role

We are seeking a highly proactive and dynamic External Engagement Lead to support the External Engagement Manager in driving our communications strategy forward. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering strategic regional campaigns to support the delivery of our UK ECO team media and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the External Engagement Manager in developing national strategies and plans.
  • Line manage and drive performance of the External Engagement Officers.
  • Support the External Engagement Manager with autonomy to coordinate Digital and PR activities and campaigns across the UK ECO Team network.
  • Embed the company culture (purpose and values) within your own team and wider contract teams where needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate digital campaigns and share best practice across the UK ECO Team.
  • Develop relationships with local, regional and trade media and with client communication teams.
  • Maintain a network across the UK ECO team to identify opportunities to coordinate innovation, cost-saving measures and process improvement and lead on the implementation in their region where relevant.
