Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Electric Vehicle (EV) department at Autocraft Solutions Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing personnel in the workshop, ensuring production targets are met, and producing key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production plan targets are achieved each month
  • Manage EV production personnel, including stock levels and faulty modules
  • Produce KPIs for EV production, including weekly reports
  • Work closely with the EV team to achieve common goals

  • Prior experience of managing personnel
