Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee personnel in our busy EV department at our headquarters in Belton, Grantham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met and producing KPIs for senior management review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Production Plan Targets are being hit each month
  • Manage EV Production Personnel
  • Manage Stock Levels of both components and batteries on site
  • Manage Faulty Modules on site
  • Make and feedback KPIs for EV production

Requirements
  • Have prior experience of managing personnel
  • Ability to lead a team of individuals to achieve a common goal
  • Able to produce KPIs on a weekly basis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to various tasks

  • Proactive and can take initiative to escalate issues
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures

  • Ability to work both days and late shifts
