About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team at Haven. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deputise in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, escalating any issues when required.
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for our team and guests.
  • Induct and support new starters and the completion of core departmental training.
  • Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and greet our guests.
  • Lead and coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the team.

Pay Rates

Our pay rates are competitive and based on experience, with rates ranging from £16 to £17 per hour for 16-20 year olds, £18 to £20 per hour for 21-25 year olds, and £21+ per hour for those over 25. An additional £1 per hour is paid when leading a shift.

Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for a team player who is eager and willing to learn, with a huge portion of passion on the side. You may already be a supervisor, deputy manager or team leader in a restaurant, local pub/bar, or within a customer service/retail environment. Alternatively, you may be an F&B superstar looking for the next step in your career.
