Customer Service Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at PATH Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, organizing orders, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Organize and coordinate orders for on/off hires, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hire industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
