We are seeking an experienced Retention Team Manager to join our team at S4 Personnel Limited. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retention strategies to reduce potential loss of members across our client's member base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing team, setting KPIs and clear objectives to drive retention goals
  • Monitor performance and inspire the team to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with retention strategy
  • Develop and implement retention plans, creating and driving retention roadmaps
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor member behavior and identify at-risk members

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Retention, or similar field
  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Strong data analytical skills and excellent communication skills
