We are seeking an experienced Retention Team Manager to join our team at S4 Personnel Limited. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retention strategies to reduce potential loss of members across our client's member base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performing team, setting KPIs and clear objectives to drive retention goals
- Monitor performance and inspire the team to achieve exceptional results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with retention strategy
- Develop and implement retention plans, creating and driving retention roadmaps
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor member behavior and identify at-risk members
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Retention, or similar field
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Strong data analytical skills and excellent communication skills
