Job Title: Retention Manager

GBS Global Applied Knowledge is seeking a highly skilled Retention Manager to lead our Student Retention team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive student retention strategy to ensure student success and progression.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a student retention strategy aligned with GBS's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the Student Retention team to achieve high levels of student engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze student data to inform retention strategies and improve student outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with faculty and other stakeholders to promote student success.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in student retention or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop effective retention strategies.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams and managing staff.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
