Position Overview

We are excited to announce the opening of a NEW STORE and are seeking a skilled and motivating Wellbeing Hub Supervisor to lead our team.

We are in search of a full-time Supervisor who possesses a genuine passion for customer service to enhance our store experience. Your role will be to deliver an outstanding customer journey that aligns with our brand ethos.

Collaboration and composure under pressure are essential. The ability to adapt positively to change while maintaining professionalism is crucial. Availability for weekdays and weekends, including potential late nights, is required.

Ideally, you will have a strong interest in retail and experience in team management. A natural enthusiasm for health and wellbeing is important, as you will be sharing your insights and guidance with both your team and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-manage the daily operations of a standalone store.
  • Drive sales and achieve company goals.
  • Assist the Store Manager with payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Take full responsibility for the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Lead by example and assist your team with daily responsibilities.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation are maintained.
  • Organize and support in-store and external events to promote the NEOM brand while collaborating with partner businesses.
  • Train and develop current and new team members.
  • Proactively identify ways to contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Retail Supervisor role.
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty sector.
  • A strong passion for wellbeing.
