Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Customer Support Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communication: Handle telephone calls, face-to-face enquiries, and written correspondence, using excellent communication skills to ensure that customers receive accurate and helpful information.
  • Problem-Solving: Use your analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior colleagues as necessary.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to the development of new procedures and processes to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience of working in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve team objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge to enhance customer experience.
