Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Brand Ambassador to represent leading brands in retail stores within a designated area. Your responsibilities will include new product launches, display installations, merchandising, and promoting products. If you possess excellent communication skills, can build relationships with store personnel, and have a talent for connecting with people from all backgrounds, we need you to excel in this role. This full-time position offers a base salary of £24,000 plus a 10% bonus.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail or managing territories is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple objectives efficiently
  • Keen attention to detail for interpreting store planograms and data
  • Ability to identify store opportunities and enhance performance metrics
  • Effective verbal communication skills across various levels
  • Basic IT proficiency and adaptability to new technologies
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Develop positive relationships with key retail contacts to meet client objectives
  • Communicate effectively with store staff to define visit goals and review action plans
  • Ensure products are displayed as per planograms and address stock issues
  • Maximize brand awareness through Point of Purchase displays
  • Adapt to changing objectives and deliver results proactively
  • Work towards personal and team KPIs set by clients
  • Participate in national team meetings and local field activities
