Mazda Brand Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mazda Brand Ambassador. As a key representative of our brand, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and presentations to showcase the performance of our Mazda products.
- Deliver in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through the operation of their new vehicle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the retail industry.
- Able to use initiative, work independently, and take ownership of the role.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and keep up-to-date with technical/product information.
