Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized and high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Dynamic Pricing: Implement dynamic pricing strategies to improve occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
  • Marketing: Launch targeted marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the hotel website and promote loyalty programs.
  • Revenue Analysis: Analyze current revenue practices and make suggestions on how to refine them.
  • Distribution Channels: Optimize revenue through various distribution channels.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Director of Revenue in a similar luxury hotel or same size property.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Revenue Manager (CRM) or Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) preferred.
