Role:

The Director of Sales & Revenue role is perfect for a sales and revenue supremo to make their own and one that will develop as the groups ambitious expansion plans unfold.

You will lead the sales, revenue, distribution, and reservations team to drive results whilst upholding brand values. You will have an analytical mind and be ready for a challenge. You will already have a solid background of growing & maximising revenues across a multi property business and use your expertise and knowledge to make The Other House a significant commercial success. You will need to be able to embrace the different Major Market Segments that The Other House operates in, namely Long (183+ nights), Extended (14-182 nights) and Transient (
