Recruitment Panda is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our team of caregivers in providing exceptional care to our elderly residents.

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility while fostering a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents. Your leadership skills and passion for senior care will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of nurses and caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and medical professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to all regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure the facility operates efficiently and effectively, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promote a positive and respectful work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in good standing.
  • Proven experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
