Wastewater Treatment Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Wastewater Treatment Technician to join our team at Yorkshire Water. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our sewer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on proactive desilt programs to resolve operational issues on the sewer network.
- Ensure first-time fix solutions and compliance with health and safety practices.
- Provide technical support and customer service to our customers.
Requirements:
- Driving license and HGV license Category C.
- Experience in recycler vehicle operation.
- Strong Health & Safety background.
- Fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Competent in IT systems.
- Customer service experience.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Proactive and problem-solving abilities.
About the Role:
This is a permanent, 40-hour per week, night shift position that requires travel to operational sites across the region. You will be working as part of a team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our sewer network.
