About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Technician to join our team at FI Real Estate Management Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering and possess expertise in various technical tools and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret technical data to facilitate pragmatic design solutions.
  • Produce technical design drawings.
  • Become a technical expert in the use and operation of CAD.
  • Manage electronic drawing data records and archives.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing contract activities.
  • Deliver own tasks to time and budget.
  • Liaise with technical and project team managers and staff regarding planning and programming of project deliverables.
Requirements
  • A qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Entry Level position with up to 2 years of experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing and oral communication.
  • Experience in IT systems such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work independently.
  • A commitment to encouraging good health and safety practices within the workplace and within design.
  • A team player, displaying enthusiasm, flexibility, and versatility.
  • A full UK Driving License.
